INTERACT CLUB will be holding a donation drive for SR student Milo Manetta-Tomlinson on Friday at lunch on the senior steps. Bring a few dollars to support your fellow Bulldog. Stop by for cookies and to sign a card too.

OFF THE LEASH – There will be several food vendors in the Quad this Friday after school for our food fundraiser.  Come stop by to get some good food!

THE PLANNER CLUB - Do you need help getting organized or want to learn how to use your bulldog planner to be more efficient? Do you like Washi Tape & Markers? Join the planner and club and work on planning out your month, assignments, practice schedules, etc in a fun and artistic way. TODAY is the informational meeting in LA 210 to review the club's purpose and to determine how many supplies we will need for our first meeting. Hope to see you there!

GIRLS SOFTBALL - There will be a Softball informational meeting TODAY during lunch (11:30am-12:10) on the Softball field. Please come receive information on the upcoming season, the first day of try outs, and meet the coach! All girls interested must attend!

THANKS to all who donated for the Red Cross Disaster Relief fund.  The top 4 advisories were: 4th place Mrs. Crome with $55.64, 3rd place Mrs. Healy with 74.08, 2nd place Mrs. Farrell with 83.70 and First place gets the brunch Mrs. Fortune with $90.70.  Way to Go Bulldogs.

Global Virtual Reality Day hosted by XR Marin is on Sat. Nov. 23rd in Novato. Pick up a flyer in the CCC.

The University of Georgia is offering a virtual Rep visit on Monday, November 25th during lunch. If interested please sign up in the CCC with Ms. Cifuentes.

Juniors: 10,000 Degrees is now accepting applications for summer intensive: This is a FREE year-round support starting with workshops in spring of junior year and continuing through college, including help with the college application process, financial aid, and scholarships.

The 10,000 Degrees Summer Intensive is a *FREE* overnight stay at a Bay Area College Campus where students will attend fun and informative college knowledge workshops, learn about campus resources, and make new friends through interactive group actives. 

Early decision Deadline is December 13th.  Eligible students who apply by December 13th will receive priority enrollment, and will receive early notification of acceptance into the 10,000 Degrees Institute program. Regular Decision DEADLINE IS February 15th. Students can apply online at:  https://10000degrees.tfaforms.net/4760229

PANCAKES!  Come have a delicious breakfast on Saturday, December 8th, 9 to 11 am. There will be Pancakes, Sausage, Fruit, Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Juice.  Tickets $10 for adults and $5 for kids under 10. Fill your tummy and then get a Christmas tree across the parking lot at the SRHS Christmas Tree Lot. It's a Two-Fer! All proceeds from the breakfast benefit San Rafael High School Athletic Boosters and our Bulldogs Athletics Programs. This is open to everyone. Please bring friends and family!

YEARBOOK SUBMISSIONS NEEDED – Senior quotes and photos for the yearbook are being accepted in the main office.  We are collecting Dawgs with Dogs, siblings and baby photos.

INTERACT CLUB meeting at lunch every Wednesday in Ms. Caiocca’s room LA100. It’s a great way to earn extra CSF community service hours. It can also help you make connections and get to know your San Rafael community.

PARKING - Fencing for the Tree Lot has been put up around the Stadium Parking Lot and will remain up until Dec 20th.  Because of the construction and limited parking, student parking will not be available on campus.  We will send out a communication if this changes but in the meanwhile, please advise your student to carpool or park off campus.

ECO ACTION CLUB – SR is taking part in a regional energy saving competition. We are trying to limit energy use throughout the month of November. Teachers, please turn off unnecessary lights and devices. The school that uses the least amount of energy will receive a $900 prize.

HUCKLEBERRY applications now available in the CCC for sophomores.

REMINDER: The SRHS weight room will be open for 1 hour for all students to use, every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 15 minutes after school. Mondays and Wednesdays will be from 3 - 4pm and Tuesdays will be from 3:45-4:45 pm. Space is limited to the first 45 students, so be there on time. You must be in correct workout clothes and have appropriate shoes to participate. If you have any questions please talk to Mr. Springhorn or Mr. Butler
TRANSIT STICKERS – are available in the main office during Brunch and Lunch only.

ALL STUDENTS must present their valid School ID when attending an SRHS Event.

LOST AND FOUND is in the main office.  Please come by and check for lost water bottles and other items.

Calling all Eco-Adventurers!  Come with us to Costa Rica this February.  We will explore waterfalls, volcanoes, and the rainforest, seeing monkeys, sloths, and tropical fish in their natural habitat, while practicing your Spanish and learning about biodiversity and sustainability.  See Mr. Morales or Ms. Pikk for more details.

TUTORING

MATH TUTORING and Homework Help, Monday and Thursday – before school in AD301, 7 to 7:45am and after school in LA101 for 1 hour.

SCIENCE TUTORING is available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school in Ms. Paiz's classroom, SC106!  Any and all science questions welcome!

ENGLISH TUTORING after school, Monday to Thursday. Come in for help on essays, grammar, and/or reading. Or just come in for a quiet place to do any of your homework. Rooms LA 303 and LA 304 with Mr. Bond and Ms. Hager.

FRENCH AND SPANISH TUTORING – all levels - Every B day Before school, 7:15-7:45am and After school for 30 mins, 2:45-3:15pm in AD 315 with Mme/Sra Likover.

SOCIAL STUDIES welcomes before and after school tutoring by appointment with teacher/s.

COLLEGE AND CAREER

SENIORS - Lauren Joyce - an independent college advisor and parent of SR alums - will be in the CCC during Advisory today and every Wednesday to help anyone on their college app essays. Drop on by!

SENIORS - The counseling department would like to remind you to please link your counselor as a recommender to either your Coalition or Common App as soon as possible. Linking your counselor will allow your counselor to view deadlines and submit forms. If you link your counselor last-minute, you run the risk of your counselor submitting forms past admission deadlines for some Universities. Thank you.

18-week ROP Construction course at Redwood High, available for all grades. Classes start on Wed. Jan. 8th. If you are interested in any of these opportunities, come to the CCC and talk to Mr. Diaz for more info.
